The Hut Group required a Christmas transformation for this large-scale corporate event, holding over 1,600 people.
We developed a fashion spin on a traditional Christmas theme that adapted seasonal favourites into The Hut Group style.
A decorative festive feast, including a bespoke Christmas tree, giant baubles, a sleigh and interactive features took this event to the North Pole as a style icon. A high-gloss winter sleigh was developed as a primary photo opportunity, with a signature ‘I Slay’ slogan as a backdrop as a vogue twist on the feature.
The VIP bar was themed to re-create the look and feel of Santa’s very own house, which put the finishing touches on a seasonal atmosphere designed by the team. Attendees could send out the message with multiple branded photo opportunities located throughout the event.
The result was a fully immersive corporate event which successfully delivered the brand’s signature and message to all attendees, along with providing a fun and seasonal setting that transformed the evening.
