Overview 

An account manager at Visual Architects oversees the client relationship, determining clients’ needs and developing a brief—understanding what Decor and theme they’re looking for one-off events, seasonal themes and long-term installations and ensuring that we deliver their vision

You will be working as part of a team in a well-established prop-making studio, a  modern stylish environment, working alongside our enthusiastic group of  in-house creatives  and marketing team to prepare presentations and campaigns; deliver marketing strategies and handle client communications and handle clients budgets. 

We are looking for positive, dedicated and motivated people with very good organisational skills to join our team, overseeing client projects, building long-lasting relationships and developing new revenue streams and customers using integrated CRM platforms. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing & building meaningful lasting relationships with clients
  • Actively seek new business and new opportunities for the company
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering and surpassing set revenue targets
  • Experience in developing sales processes in a B2B environment
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship development skills
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Working with the Design Team to ensure client needs are met
  • Delivering online Social Media and Marketing campaigns 
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Attending some networking events as required
  • Implement and maintain a CRM dashboard and monitor sales to continuously improve funnel, sales timelines and forecast predictability
  • Create a weekly report on sales with team

Skills and experience

  • Desired 2 years+ experience in the event or hospitality industry 
  • Desired 2 years+  experience in a sales or account manager team 
  • Essential Experience in the use of all MS office word 
  • Experience and/or relevant qualifications within Sales, Business, Marketing or Event Management experience would be advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications within Business, Marketing or Events Management would be advantageous

Salary  22-28K plus commission structure

We were formed in 2013 as a sister company to illumiNaughty, an event we have run since 2006. This has given us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production. After expanding quickly across the U.K. demand soon grew for our services across Europe and further a field. We currently work in Dubai, Ibiza, California, Croatia and Saudi Arabia, with plans to reach new destinations over the upcoming seasons.

All of our productions are dipped in imagination, built by artisans, and installed by professional riggers.

We are looking for event decorators who are willing to travel, and they are passionate about events and decorations.

Main Duties:

  • Erecting and dismantling decorations
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles both on site and on return to base, ensuring the safe return of all equipment
  • Responsibility for tools and equipment provided by the company
  • Delivering a professional service to wide ranging general public and corporate events
  • Hands on approach

Skills:

  • installing decor, drapes, lightboxes and props

Job offers will begin locally but we will look to get crew at venues across the country once their role in the team is established

Overview;

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Visual Architects on a permanent basis.

You will act as their right-hand person managing a complex, fast-changing diary and inbox; liaising with clients including high-profile stakeholders;arranging travel and accommodation bookings and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

This role is extremely varied and you will be required to work across all sectors of the business including event management. Individuals with an event and or design background are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Provide administrative support to the Production Manager
  • Day to day production management tasks
  • Liaise with installation team and production manager
  • Assist the production manager on day to day tasks
  • Prepare and distribute well written correspondence on behalf of the production manager
  • Gather, analyse and present reports to the production manager for analysis
  • Manage and communicate with all installation teams
  • Manage all bookings, travel arrangements, ensuring best use of time and money
  • Support administration team when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast paced PA role is desired;
  • Experience in the Events industry is desired, but not essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and juggle a range of different tasks;
  • Sound organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Sales Intern to join our team on a temporary basis.

The core responsibilities will be to assist the Account Managers in finding and vetting leads, passing these over to our senior sales members, then assisting in building and nurturing these relationships. You will also act as a support mechanism to the Sales team, creating projects briefs, moodboards and plans in order to ensure the smooth running of our clients events.

The ideal candidate will have a self-starter, proactive mentality, strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage their time whilst working on a number of exciting but demanding projects.

This role would suit a recent graduate who is looking to start a career in either sales, event management or project management.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Intern Admin to join our team at Visual Architects on a temporary basis.

This is a fast-paced role that will see you looking after the day-to-day business administration, as well as assisting in other areas of the business including operations, logistics and HR.

The role will require someone that can flow seamlessly from one department to the other whilst a cool and calm head.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties including; answering telephones, collecting, opening and distributing post, filing and photocopying.
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.
  • Booking transport and accommodation for various teams, creating itineraries and acting as a point of contact for bookings.
  • Completing weekly office orders.
  • Handling customer and internal enquiries.
  • Assisting the logistics, operations and HR departments with ad-hoc tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within administration and or customer service role is preferred but not essential.

Role:

In this role you will assist the marketing and design department in all design work. You must have experience in a graphic design role, evidenced by a portfolio of work, be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

Responsibilities:

  • Create motion graphics.
  • Create flyers and brochures.
  • Using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to design eye-catching digital graphics for our websites, social media, e-mail marketing and other digital platforms.
  • Helping to deliver creative design content that’s fresh, innovative, on-brand and customer focused to a high standard across multiple channels.
  • Ensuring all output is on brand, taking direction and feedback from senior team members.
  • Support the design team with putting together proposals for clients.
  • Support the Marketing Manager, creating graphics for our print media, Facebook and e-mail campaign and other duties as required.
  • Use illustrator to create vectors.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and best practice.
  • Any other digital marketing related tasks as required

Would be a significant advantage if the candidate has:

  • An ability to write copy to go in line with proposals.
  • Can produce videos, gifs or animations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign potentially a video making software package-Access to Adobe or similar software (preferred).
  • Good eye for layout, composition, and typography.
  • Eager to learn new web technologies.
  • Passion for art, design and data.
