OBJECTIVE
The client approached us with a unique idea for a private event; a fully immersive Halloween walk-through experience, in July. Their venue interior would be transformed with 360 visuals, realistic features and guest photo opportunities, spanning multiple rooms and walkways.
THE PROJECT
A full 3D visual walkthrough video was created during the production process, for the client to fully visualise how their guests would experience the event before anything was built, with realistic sizing, lighting and atmosphere.
A combination of existing decor and bespoke items created at our in-house facilities were installed within the venue, allowing guests to make their way through a the haunting corridors of an abandoned asylum, a maze of cryptic tombs, a haunting graveyard, a twisted circus, a long-forgotten dormitory or be seated within a luxurious Transylvanian banquet hall.
Each unique area of this diverse and thrilling experience was sourced from both our existing decor and new bespoke items, designed and fabricated at our UK premises.

THE RESULT
Guests were able to spend the full event within the experience, within a Transylvanian-style banquet hall or exploring each part of the mysterious Halloween experience. Performers brought an even more unhinged character to the event through interactive meet and greets, choreographed performances and perfectly timed jump scares.
