The renowned Pollen brand brought the world famous band ‘The Vamps’ to Barcelona, in a ‘Pollen Presents’ weekender. This outdoor and indoor event required a bright, original and glamorous image which would become the ultimate holiday experience. During its running time over both day and night, it was to look as iconic and dramatic as the main band at all times.
The theme crossed over between bright outdoor areas with a bar and pool, a main outdoor stage and two indoor stages. The design evolved throughout each area to develop an experience that resonated with the brand image.
Throughout the venue, the summery vibe of deluxe tropical foliage blended with our Sugar Rush installations created a getaway for attendees, drenched in hot pinks, purples and emerald greens. Bespoke photo opportunities were created for visitors to show off their holiday, with the Sugar Rush doughnut swing in a cascade of multi-coloured foliage and a deluxe foliage wall with branded signage, disco balls and neon lights.
The outdoor and indoor stages each let visitors experience a different aspect of the core theme. An indoor stage of urban electricity created a high energy atmosphere, as vivid neon signs and shapes lit up the canopy of hanging floral vines. Cherry blossom trees draped the stage in pinks, blues and whites, as neon signs, butterflies and branding immersed the audience into the experience. The outdoor stage was dressed in a pink foliage paradise, brought to life with giant inflatable flowers on the higher frame of the stage. Bespoke branded signage was displayed across the rear of the stage, contrasted by a light box suspended over the front.
The delivery of a consistent theme across multiple areas created immersion into the event and the brand lifestyle. Photos and social media stories were shared widely by visitors, who used the branded photo opportunities throughout the event. A unique summer identity was created which the visitors could experience, and which fused with their lifestyle.
