One of the iconic UK summer festivals, Bassfest, required a full signature experience developed from scratch. This was to include all elements of the festival design, including immersive stage sets, dance tent interiors, photo opportunities, archways, landmarks and branding.




Our team developed a full festival transformation, across stages, dancefloors and the festival grounds. Large-scale immersive experiences throughout dance tent interiors developed the core themes of a Neon Jungle and a tropical Sugar Rush, which extended across the festival through landmarks, photo opportunities, archways and festival lettering.


Ceiling installations re-imagined each dance tent, incorporating foliage, vines, giant flowers, neon lights, hanging candy swirls, planets and even dramatic octopus tentacles to create an alternate world. Another tent became drenched in colour under Neon Jungle stretch lycra, neon lights, acrylic shapes, giant birds and flowers, which maintained a consistent look across the stages with a vivid twist.


Photo opportunities scattered around the festival grounds let attendees enter branded photo booths, each with a unique style across the background and walls. Neon paint effects and lights, graffiti, foliage and even regal seating let festival goers choose which booth most suited their own look. Oversized chairs, giant photo frames and landmark seating also provided visitors with iconic festival photos, showcasing graphics custom made for the brand.




The themes and installations successfully delivered an original and show stopping experience over the weekend, allowing the festival to offer a new environment to its devoted attendees.


Festival goers could fully immerse themselves into the event, and provided their own reach for the brand across social networks with creative photos, invited to the photo booths and installations.
