BESPOKE GALA DESIGN
We bring together all the elements of a dynamic, immersive and elegant interior design. The stage, ceiling, wall and table designs are all coordinated within the overall concept or theme, and with any bespoke photo opportunities or branded entrances, archways and walkways.
The ceiling area can be transformed with luxury draping in a variety of fabrics and colours, illuminated with lights included within the ceiling installation. Foliage and floral elements can form a complete canopy, and include decorative hanging vines, cascading flowers, fairy lights and fibre optics. Stretch lycra is available to cover the ceiling, with a selection of printed designs. All ceiling areas can be accentuated with suspended features, such as neon light tubes or signs, light boxes, chandeliers, glitter balls, flowers, reflective spheres, vines, gold icons, tassels, wreaths and even sculptures.
The stage may feature a central booth, either from our existing collection or designed bespoke for your event. These can include integrated lighting for a spectacular show or to highlight your brand name, logo or messaging. Standing features on stage frame your booth, speakers or performers, inclusive of items such as grand cherry blossom trees, art deco panels, podiums, sculptures and statues, archways, classical columns, light boxes, standing foliage and even gold leaf palm trees.
PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
Do you want your brand name to be featured in your guests’ favourite snapshots? We design and develop iconic photo opportunity installations to help spread your message across social networks. Deluxe backdrops of foliage or floral panels, sequin glitter walls and bespoke printed designs can be illuminated with signage, from backlit lettering to custom neon signs. Installations and props can be manufactured, such as oversized products, sculptures and interactive structures such as photo booths, photo frames and swings.
