OBJETIVO
This conference required a showstopping winter design with statement displays, highlighting the image of the brand. The large and open indoor arena of the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester required decor to work to the scale of the venue and create iconic photo opportunities for guests to share their experiences.
EL PROYECTO
When working with large venues, scale is everything. To make an impact in expansive spaces, decor needs to be designed with size and proportion in mind. Large-scale installations not only ensure the styling is visible from every angle, but they also create a sense of grandeur and atmosphere that smaller details alone can’t achieve. Our team amplified the decor to match the scale of the venue through large scale installations, hanging elements and foliage table pieces, to create a space that felt immersive, cohesive, and unforgettable.
A photo opportunity of a wine glass pyramid tower was presented in the reception area, dressed with winter foliage and accompanied by additional photo points of Santa’s sleigh and branded backdrop. Within the conference area, large-scale reflective hanging spheres and silver circular table pieces with winter foliage presented an enchanted winter experience for their guests.
EL RESULTADO
The result was a conference environment that went beyond function, immersing attendees in an atmosphere of winter elegance. The silver decor and seasonal foliage not only elevated the aesthetic of the space, but also enhanced the overall guest experience, fostering connection, inspiration, and a sense of occasion. By transforming a large venue into a refined winter setting, the design reinforced brand excellence and left a memorable impression long after the event ended.
