OBJETIVO
Visual Architects was commissioned to create a series of bespoke structures for Forbidden Forest festival, to align its grounds with the iconic brand identity of cutting edge music and design, which has been developed over many years. Several landmark structures were to be designed and fabricated to immerse attendees into the festival.

A series of structures were designed for the festival grounds, to by symbolic of the brand’s vision. Each design was then fabricated at our in-house facilities in the UK, producing realistic textures and finishes with integrated lighting.

Towering monoliths were positioned in key locations, produced with weathered stone effects and carved inscriptions which were illuminated during the night from within. In coordination with the other-worldly atmosphere, a walkway of mirrored rings guided attendees through the grounds, and lit up in the full spectrum of colours via LED lighting installed within each ring. A standout structure which featured the main logo symbol of Forbidden Forest as a giant illuminated ‘X’ delivered a high-impact visual of their festival emblem, and was tall enough to be used by attendees as a landmark sign.

EL RESULTADO
The combined effect of new visual architecture produced a narrative which tied into the festival’s core design. The visual representation of future-led design and brand icons helped to define the festival identity and allow new experiences for attendees. The custom structures were widely featured in attendee content, which were used as photo opportunities for group shots.
