Technical & Creative Expertise

  1. Multimodal Software Workflow
  • High-Fidelity Rendering: Advanced proficiency in Blender for texturing, lighting, and creating ‘wow-factor’ visuals for client pitches.
  • Spatial & Technical Drafting: Expert use of Sketchup for rapid environmental prototyping and AutoCAD/BricsCAD for precise technical layouts and construction-ready documentation.
  • Adobe Suite Integration: Seamlessly compositing 3D renders into high-end presentations using Photoshop and After Effects.
  1. Event Scenography & Brand Strategy 
  • Versatile Design Instincts: Capable of pivoting between the gritty, atmospheric needs of festival design and the polished, precise requirements of high-end brand activations.
  • Strong Visualisation: Delivering industry-leading concept art and mood boards that define the ‘look and feel’ of an experience before a single bolt is turned.

 

  1. Commercial & Project Leadership
  • Fiscal Responsibility: Experience in costing projects (£30K–£1M), ensuring that creative ambition stays aligned with material costs and client budgets.  
  • Presentation Excellence: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex 3D concepts to stakeholders and account teams, securing buy-in for ambitious designs.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Fabrication: Specialised knowledge in sculpting and creating CNC files, bridging the gap between a 3D model and a physical build in the Denton studio.
  • Collaborative Design: Working directly under the Design Manager to evolve briefs into visual solutions that are both beautiful and buildable.
  • Time Management: Successfully juggling multiple high-value projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
