CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
We manage and co-ordinate contractors that work with production. This includes sound and lighting engineers, visuals production, building and painting services and other construction work.
LIAISON WITH PARTNERS
Liaising with partners such as venue managers and technical staff, to co-ordinate event production.
Offsite / On-Site Coordination
Project Management of either staff offsite or onsite, and any logistics to and from these sites.
TIMELINES
We manage timelines for any aspect of production or design, co-ordinated between parties, partners and contractors, and ensuring efficient delivery of work securely within deadlines.
ARRANGEMENT OF SUPPLIERS
Management of suppliers which provide décor, features, bespoke designs or equipment.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING LOGISTICS
Management of transport to ensure on-schedule delivery of all production features.
ARTIST & STAGE MANAGEMENT
Management of artist logistics, schedules, hospitality and performance, alongside management of stage production, schedules and venue staff.
